Modas Flame Pte Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through Enjoy's website enquiries. This policy explains website enquiry handling, related communications and optional promotional updates. It does not replace the privacy information of separate reservation or ordering services.
Information and enquiries
Our corporate enquiry form asks for your name, telephone number, email address, estimated group size, event type and message. We use this information to respond and discuss the arrangements you request. Please include only details relevant to your enquiry.
Enquiries are delivered to enjoy@modasflame.com.sg. Internal access is limited to our Marketing department. Our website uses Wix and the mailbox uses Google Workspace; these providers process information as part of delivering their services. We do not sell or rent enquiry information, or disclose it to other businesses for their own marketing.
The website uses Wix analytics to understand visits and site use, including pages visited and device categories. Separate booking and ordering services have their own privacy information, which you should review before providing information to them.
Optional promotions
Enjoy's promotional updates may be sent by email or WhatsApp. For new website enquiries, receiving these updates is optional: you can submit an enquiry without selecting either marketing option. We record the channels you choose. Submitting an enquiry or reading this policy does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotions.
You can withdraw marketing consent by emailing enjoy@modasflame.com.sg, using an available email unsubscribe option, or replying to our WhatsApp message to ask us to stop. We will update the relevant promotional lists. This will not prevent us from responding to an enquiry or managing arrangements you have requested.
Retention and privacy requests
We keep enquiry information while it is needed for the enquiry and related arrangements, or for necessary legal or business purposes. Our Marketing department reviews retained information and removes it or its identifying details when those needs have ended. A marketing withdrawal does not require removal of records that are still necessary for another valid purpose.

We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity and explain any applicable limitations or consequences.
